Find out more about the fascinating world of quantum computing and tour our cutting edge facilities.

We hope you’ll be able to join us for this fascinating look at the varied work we’re doing in quantum computing and other quantum technologies at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory and Boulby Underground Laboratory. Visitors will enjoy an introductory talk to quantum computing followed by a live link to the Boulby Underground Laboratory to see what incredible work they’re doing deep beneath the surface to explore quantum technologies. The Access Day will finish with an opportunity to tour some of the facilities on site.

If you cannot join us in person, you can also join us online for the talks – an introduction to the amazing work of the National Quantum Computing Centre and the Boulby Underground Laboratory. On registration, please select the “Online talks” tickets.
