Particle Physics Masterclass at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory is a full day event for sixth form students that provides an opporutnity to explore particle physics at STFC. Students will have an opprotunity to hear talks from our researchers, participate in interactive workshops using real Large Hydron Collider (LHC) data, take a tour of our facilities at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (RAL) and ask our scientists and researcher questions during a careers panel.

In 2026, we will be running three Particle Physics Masterclasses in person at RAL on 11th March, 12th March and 13th March 2026.
