A Primary school event in partnership with digit<ALL>, to celebrate the RSPB’s School Bird Watch.
The day will include hands-on challenges and activities, all linked to the wonderful world of nature all around us.  This is a chance to bring pupils to a working laboratory and meet the scientists, technicians and engineers who work here, sharing the excitement of science and computing with them.

Registration of interest for RAL’s Big Schools Bird Watch closes at midnight on Tuesday 18 November 2025.  
As many of our events are oversubscribed, once registration of interest closes the first 40% of places will be allocated by ballot, the remaining places will be allocated to all remaining schools using a random number generator.  All schools will be contacted by midnight on Thursday 20 November 2025.
